在分析国内干熄炉斜道损坏情况的基础上,结合宝钢四期干熄炉砌筑特点,提出了膨胀缝分3段技术、氮化硅结合碳化硅砖技术、斜道“牛腿”中心精确定位技术、斜道区过顶砖拱形过顶技术以及严格控制标高和内径的方法来确保斜道砖砌筑质量,延长干熄炉的使用寿命。
在分析國內榦熄爐斜道損壞情況的基礎上,結閤寶鋼四期榦熄爐砌築特點,提齣瞭膨脹縫分3段技術、氮化硅結閤碳化硅磚技術、斜道“牛腿”中心精確定位技術、斜道區過頂磚拱形過頂技術以及嚴格控製標高和內徑的方法來確保斜道磚砌築質量,延長榦熄爐的使用壽命。

According to the damage of CDQ connecting duct in China and the features of CDQ brick -laying in Phase Ⅳof coking project for Baosteel , new technologies have been put forward , such as three-segment expansion joint , silicon nitride and silicon carbide bonded brick , precise-position at center of connecting duct as well as accurate elevation and inner diameter so that the CDQ connecting duct bricks can be laid in good quality and the service life of the CDQ chamber can be extended .
