通过检测焦炭的 M40、M10、CRI、CSR、焦炭的气孔结构、光学组织结构,分析了干熄焦工艺对顶装焦和捣固焦质量的影响程度,检测表明,捣固焦炉配干熄焦工艺技术不但可提高焦炭质量,还可提高弱黏煤比例,节约优质焦煤。
通過檢測焦炭的 M40、M10、CRI、CSR、焦炭的氣孔結構、光學組織結構,分析瞭榦熄焦工藝對頂裝焦和擣固焦質量的影響程度,檢測錶明,擣固焦爐配榦熄焦工藝技術不但可提高焦炭質量,還可提高弱黏煤比例,節約優質焦煤。
통과검측초탄적 M40、M10、CRI、CSR、초탄적기공결구、광학조직결구,분석료간식초공예대정장초화도고초질량적영향정도,검측표명,도고초로배간식초공예기술불단가제고초탄질량,환가제고약점매비례,절약우질초매。
The effect of CDQ process on qualities of stamp-charged coke and top-charged coke is ana-lyzed by testing the coke ’s M40 ,M10 ,CRI,CSR,pore structure and optical texture .The testing result shows that stamp-charging coke oven matched with CDQ process can improve the quality of coke as well as the proportion of weakly caking coal so as to save high quality coking coal .
