在配煤中加入40%~50%无烟煤后,炼制的型焦反应性高,反应后强度低。配入煤粉改性剂( ZBS )炼制型焦的试验表明:ZBS对无烟煤有改质作用,型焦热态性能改善。当ZBS质量分数达到1‰时,焦炭质量改善幅度最大,CRI降低10.65%,CSR提高13.52%。

Mixing 40%~50%anthracite with blended coal , the formcoke reactivity index ( CRI ) is high while its strength after reaction ( CSR) is low.After blending coal fines modifier ( ZBS) ,thermal characteristics of formcoke were proved ,which shows that ZBS modified anthracite .When mass frac-tion of ZBS reached 1‰,the mass of coke improved most ,in which CRI decreased to 10.65% and CSR increased to 13.52%.
