为了满足防空武器性能鉴定与部队防空作战训练的需要,基于可展开结构的概念设计了一种新型的伞形可展开空中靶标.采用概念设计的方法提出了结构方案,该空靶由套筒和撑杆实现轴向、径向两个方向展开,由弹簧驱动,供靶前呈收拢状态,空中释放后自动解锁,展开至设计位置锁定成形供靶.展开过程仿真验证了方案的可行性;对结构展开状态进行了有限元自由模态分析,提取了结构的前7阶频率;制作了缩比模型并进行了空中自动展开实验.结果表明:该结构展开迅速可靠,展开时间为2.8s,实现了自动解锁和1次解锁、联动展开功能.模型制作也为进一步的定型研制积累了经验.

To meet the needs of air defense weapon testing and the army air defense training ,a new kind of umbrella-type deployable air target was designed based on the concept of deployable structure .The structure scheme was put forward using conceptual design method .Sleeves and braces were used to realize the axial and radial directions respectively and was driven by springs . The target stayed in collapsed state before target-supplying ;when the target was released in the air ,it could automatically unlock ,deploy to designed position and lock again to begin target-sup-plying .The simulation of the deployment process was analyzed to prove the feasibility of the scheme .Free modal analysis of the deployed structure was carried out with finite element method and the first 7 order modes were analyzed .A reduced-scale model was made and the automatic de-ploy experiment in the air was carried out .The research results show that the structure can de-ploy rapidly and successfully in 2.8 s ;the structure can automatically unlock and the linkage work well to deploy in two directions successively with only one unlocking operation .The work of model making also provides experience for the further study .
