用金相分析手段研究了在900~1150℃不同温度下保温后不同淬火方式下铸态2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢第二相析出规律。结果表明,铸态2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢高温析出后,采用盐水淬能更好的保持高温析出第二相的形貌特点;随着保温时间的延长,第二相析出颗粒长大,且析出物增多,保温45 min第二相含量最多,易于观察第二相的形貌分布;随着温度的升高,第二相百分数呈下降趋势,950℃和1050℃是析出第二相的适合温度。

The precipitation regulation of the second phase of as-cast 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel have been studied under different quenching methods after thermal insulation at different temperatures among 900~1 150℃ by metallo-graphic analysis method .The results show that brine quenching could keep the good appearance characteristics of the second phase better after high temperature precipitation of as-cast 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel, and with the time prolon-ging, the precipitated particles of second phase grow and the precipitates increase , and there are the most contents of second phase when holding for 45min, which easily observe the appearance distribution of second phase , and with the temperature increasing , the second phase percentage presents a downward trend and the suitable temperatures for the precipitation of second phase are 950℃and 1 050 ℃.
