圆环镦粗法是测定摩擦系数时所用理论校准曲线,没有考虑到材料、温度、变形速度等工艺参数对摩擦的影响,因此缺乏专用性和准确性。采用有限元模拟的方法,可以在模拟过程中通过对参数的设定使模拟过程接近实际生产过程,最终根据模拟结果绘制的有限元校准曲线具有较高的准确性。

Theoretical calibration curve is used in the ring upsetting method to determine the friction coefficient , which does not take into account the impact of process parameters on friction , such as material , temperature , deforma-tion speed , so it lacks of specificity and accuracy .The finite element simulation method can be used to set parameters in order to be close to the actual production process , and the calibration curve of the finite element drawn according to the simulation results eventually has more accuracy in the simulation process .
