目的:观察四环素治疗纳米细菌感染的Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床效果。方法360例纳米细菌感染的Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组180例。观察组患者给予四环素治疗,对照组患者给予左氧氟沙星治疗,连续用药1个月后,观察2组患者前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)评分、前列腺液卵磷脂小体及纳米细菌再培养情况。结果观察组患者NIH-CPSI评分及疼痛、排尿症状和生活质量评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),观察组卵磷脂小体级别评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后前列腺液再培养后纳米细菌阳性率为22.2%显著低于对照组的100.0%(P<0.05)。结论四环素治疗“纳米细菌”感染的Ⅲ型前列腺炎有更显著效果。

목적:관찰사배소치료납미세균감염적Ⅲ형전렬선염적림상효과。방법360례납미세균감염적Ⅲ형전렬선염환자분위치료조화대조조,매조180례。관찰조환자급여사배소치료,대조조환자급여좌양불사성치료,련속용약1개월후,관찰2조환자전렬선염증상지수(NIH-CPSI)평분、전렬선액란린지소체급납미세균재배양정황。결과관찰조환자NIH-CPSI평분급동통、배뇨증상화생활질량평분현저저우대조조(P<0.01),관찰조란린지소체급별평분현저고우대조조(P<0.05)。관찰조환자치료후전렬선액재배양후납미세균양성솔위22.2%현저저우대조조적100.0%(P<0.05)。결론사배소치료“납미세균”감염적Ⅲ형전렬선염유경현저효과。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of nanobacteria infection caused Type Ⅲ prostatitis with tetracycline. Methods The 360 cases of nanobacteria infection caused Type Ⅲ prostatitis were divided into treatment group and control group,180 cases for each. The patients in the treatment group were given tetracycline while the control group were given levofloxacin. 1 month after continously using drugs ,the patient's symptom index (NIH-CPSI) score,prostate fluid lecithin corpuscle and nanobacterial reculture were observed and compared. Results The NIH-CPSI score and pain,urinary symptoms and score on life quality of the treatment group patients was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.01),also in treatment group lecithin corpuscle scale score was significantly higher than in control group (P<0.05). In treatment group and control group after prostate fluid and cultured the positive cases of nanobacterial numbers were 40 (22.2%) and 180 cases(100%) respectively,the positive rate of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Using tetracycline to treat nanobacterial infection caused Type Ⅲ prostatitis is more effective significantly.
