以盆栽春兰为材料,研究不同浓度 EM 菌剂稀释液对春兰生长发育和若干生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:一定浓度的 EM 菌剂处理可显著促进叶片生长,提高叶片蛋白质、可溶性糖和光合色素含量。其中以400倍的 EM 菌剂稀释液处理效果最好,与对照组相比,叶绿素、叶黄素、蛋白质和可溶性糖含量分别提高了31.04%、27.23%、0.628%和0.146%。EM 菌剂可能通过改善春兰根系微环境,促进其生长发育。本研究为进一步探索 EM 菌剂在兰花栽培中的应用提供依据。

이분재춘란위재료,연구불동농도 EM 균제희석액대춘란생장발육화약간생리생화지표적영향。결과표명:일정농도적 EM 균제처리가현저촉진협편생장,제고협편단백질、가용성당화광합색소함량。기중이400배적 EM 균제희석액처리효과최호,여대조조상비,협록소、협황소、단백질화가용성당함량분별제고료31.04%、27.23%、0.628%화0.146%。EM 균제가능통과개선춘란근계미배경,촉진기생장발육。본연구위진일보탐색 EM 균제재란화재배중적응용제공의거。
The effects of EM manure on the development and some physiological-biochemical indexes of Cymbidium goeringii were studied in this paper. The Cymbidium goeringii plants were fertilized with different concentration of EM microorganism diluent. The results show that EM treatment improved the growth of leaves and significantly increased the contents of protein, chlorophyll and soluble sugar in leaves. Compared with the control treatment, the treatment of 400-times EM bacteria dilution showed the best effects on the physiological index, i.e. the the contents of chlorophyll, lutein, protein and soluble sugar in leaves were increased by 31.04%, 27.23%, 0.628% and 0.146%, respectively. The EM bacteria might promote the growth of Cymbidium goeringii via improving the microbial environment of soil. This study might provide basic references for further studies on the application of EM manure in Cymbidium plant breeding.
