目的研究不同浓度的白酒对小鼠缺氧耐受性的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为4组院低浓度组、中浓度组、高浓度组以及生理盐水组，灌入白酒或生理盐水后，放入缺氧瓶中，制成低张性缺氧动物模型，计算小鼠在缺氧瓶中存活的时间并观察其呼吸频率、唇色等变化和活动情况。结果灌入高浓度白酒组的小鼠在缺氧瓶存活时间最长，与灌入生理盐水组比较具有显著差异(<0.001)，而灌入低浓度白酒组和灌入中浓度白酒组的小鼠与灌入生理盐水组比较无显著差异(>0.05)。结论高浓度白酒能明显提高小鼠的缺氧耐受性。
목적연구불동농도적백주대소서결양내수성적영향。방법장소서수궤분위4조원저농도조、중농도조、고농도조이급생리염수조，관입백주혹생리염수후，방입결양병중，제성저장성결양동물모형，계산소서재결양병중존활적시간병관찰기호흡빈솔、진색등변화화활동정황。결과관입고농도백주조적소서재결양병존활시간최장，여관입생리염수조비교구유현저차이(<0.001)，이관입저농도백주조화관입중농도백주조적소서여관입생리염수조비교무현저차이(>0.05)。결론고농도백주능명현제고소서적결양내수성。
Objective To study the ef ect of dif erent concentration of Chinese spirits on anoxia tolerance in mice. Methods Mice were randomly divided into four groups: low concentration group, medium concentration group, high concentration and the saline group, each mice was poured Chinese spirits or saline, then put them into the hypoxia bottle. We calculated the survival time of mice in hypoxia bot le and observed their breathing rate, lip and other changes and activities. Results The high concentration group showed the longest survival time of al the groups studied ( <0.001), while the survival time of low concentration group and medium concentration group showed no statistical y significant dif erence compare with the saline group (P> 0.05). Conclusion The high concentration of Chinese spirits can significantly improve hypoxia tolerance in mice.
