以脱水污泥和谷壳为原料制备含碳吸附剂,测定了吸附剂对碘和亚甲基蓝的吸附值,研究了其对亚甲基蓝和活性艳红的吸附动力学行为。结果表明:吸附剂对碘和亚甲基蓝的吸附值分别为480 mg/g和69.9 mg/g,说明吸附剂内部孔道丰富,与电镜分析结果吻合,吸附剂对两种染料的平衡吸附量随染料初始浓度和吸附温度的升高而增加,伪二级动力学模型最能描述吸附剂对两种染料的吸附,吸附剂对两种染料吸附的活化能均较小,主要为物理吸附。

The carbon-containing adsorbent has been prepared from dewatered sludge and rice husk. The adsorption capacity of the adsorbent for iodine and methylene blue is determined. The adsorption kinetics behavior for two kinds of dyes(methylene blue and activated Brilliant Red) is studied. The results show that the adsorption capacity for io-dine and methylene blue are 480 mg/g and 69.9 mg/g,respectively,indicating that there are lots of inner pores in the adsorbent,according with the results obtained by SEM analysis. The equilibrium adsorption capacity for the two kinds of dyes by using adsorbent is increased with the increase of initial concentration of dyes and adsorption tem-perature. Pseudo second-order adsorption model can well describe the adsorption for the two kinds of dyes. The acti-vating energy of the adsorbent for the two kinds of dyes is pretty low ,which is mainly physical adsorption.
