目的：分析总结2013年度本院门急诊抗菌药物监测网的应用情况。方法统计2013年1~12月急诊科和呼吸科抗菌药物处方，分析评价其合理性，计算每月份的不合理处方张数和比率。统计呼吸科7~12月二药联用处方，分析评价其合理性。结果本院门急诊抗菌药物不合理比率在10%以下，通过监测网的统计分析作用，能指导抗菌药物在临床的合理使用。结论本院参与门急诊抗菌药物监测网的工作不仅是医院信息化管理的成功应用，也是本院参与全国抗菌药物整治运动的坚决表现。
목적：분석총결2013년도본원문급진항균약물감측망적응용정황。방법통계2013년1~12월급진과화호흡과항균약물처방，분석평개기합이성，계산매월빈적불합리처방장수화비솔。통계호흡과7~12월이약련용처방，분석평개기합이성。결과본원문급진항균약물불합리비솔재10%이하，통과감측망적통계분석작용，능지도항균약물재림상적합리사용。결론본원삼여문급진항균약물감측망적공작불부시의원신식화관리적성공응용，야시본원삼여전국항균약물정치운동적견결표현。
Objective To analyze and summarize the application of the antibiotics monitoring net in 2013 in our hospital. Methods Counting up the antibiotics prescriptions in Emergency Department and the Pneumology Department to evaluate the rationality of those prescriptions and calculate the ratio of irrational prescriptions in every month to evaluate the rationality of using two kinds of antibiotics in one prescription in the Pneumology Department. Results The ratio of irrational prescriptions was under 10% every month, through the application of the antibiotics monitoring net, the use of antibiotics can gradually reach rational level. Conclusion Our participation in this antibacterial drug monitoring network is not only a successful application of hospital information management, but also a resolute performance of our hospital participating in the national antimicrobial exorcism.
