采用9种不同的5%多元醇添加到酸性纤维素原酶中形成复合酶,分别在50℃、pH值4.8和6.8条件下,测定其对纤维素原酶的各种活力的影响,并把几种酶的样品在50℃、pH值4.8条件下用于棉针织物的抛光处理。结果表明,山梨醇对酶的活力有一定的提升效果,以5%的添加量最佳;1,3丙二醇,1,4丁二醇,聚乙二醇400,聚乙二醇6000的酶解作用最强,乙二醇、木糖醇、山梨醇的除毛效果最好;几种多元醇均可提高纤维素原酶的热稳定性。

채용9충불동적5%다원순첨가도산성섬유소원매중형성복합매,분별재50℃、pH치4.8화6.8조건하,측정기대섬유소원매적각충활력적영향,병파궤충매적양품재50℃、pH치4.8조건하용우면침직물적포광처리。결과표명,산리순대매적활력유일정적제승효과,이5%적첨가량최가;1,3병이순,1,4정이순,취을이순400,취을이순6000적매해작용최강,을이순、목당순、산리순적제모효과최호;궤충다원순균가제고섬유소원매적열은정성。
In this article, complex enzymes are made by adding nine kinds of 5% polyhydric alcohols to acidic cellulose enzymes. The effects of polyhydric alcohols on cellulase activity are tested under pH 4.8 and 6.8 respec-tively at 50 ℃. Then polishing treatment is done to cotton knitted fabrics by using the made complex enzymes re-spectively. The results show that sorbitol has enhancement effect on cellulase activity, while adding 5% dosage of it reaching the best effect; 1,3 propanediol, 1,4 butanediol, polyethylene glycol 400 and polyethylene glycol 6 000 have strong effect on enzymolysis; and when adding ethylene glycol, xylitol or sorbitol to cellulase, the complex enzymes will have good polishing effect; and thermostability of cellulase are improved by several polyhydric alco-hols.
