为提高羊毛防毡缩性能,采用Stenotrophomonas maltophilia (嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌)产角蛋白酶、蛋白酶Savinase 16L以及这两种酶两浴法分别处理羊毛,对比考察其对羊毛毡缩率、强力和减量率的影响。结果表明,两种酶两浴法处理后,羊毛的防毡缩性能提升显著,减量率大幅提升,但羊毛纤维损伤严重。另外,从羊毛表面的Zeta电位和羊毛弱酸性染料低温恒温染色试验结果发现,经两种酶两浴法处理后,羊毛纤维表面的正电荷增加,染料的上染率和K/S值提高。

위제고양모방전축성능,채용Stenotrophomonas maltophilia (기맥아착식단포균)산각단백매、단백매Savinase 16L이급저량충매량욕법분별처리양모,대비고찰기대양모전축솔、강력화감량솔적영향。결과표명,량충매량욕법처리후,양모적방전축성능제승현저,감량솔대폭제승,단양모섬유손상엄중。령외,종양모표면적Zeta전위화양모약산성염료저온항온염색시험결과발현,경량충매량욕법처리후,양모섬유표면적정전하증가,염료적상염솔화K/S치제고。
In order to improve anti-felting property of wool, a novel keratinase from Stenotrophomonas mal-tophilia and protease Savinase 16 L are used to treat wools respectively, meanwhile, they are successively used in two-bath to treat wools together, the influence of them on felting rote, strength and the reduction rate of weight for the treated wools are tested comparatively. The results show that the performance of wool anti-felting significantly increases after two-bath treatment, the reduction rate of weight for wools improves, and the damage of wools is se-rious, however. Besides, the results from tests of wool surface Zeta potential and experiments of wool dyeing by weak acid dye under low and constant temperature show that positive charges on wools surface increase after wools treated by two-bath treatment, and the dye uptake and K/S value both enhance.
