目的：观察电针关元和气海、足三里及三阴交等穴组治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法：将90例入选病例随机分为关气组、足三里组、三阴交组，每组各30例，按取穴不同分别给予电针治疗，每次30 min，每日1次，10次为1个疗程，共治疗3个疗程。结果：3个疗程治疗后，三阴交组的总有效率是90％，明显优于其他两组（ P＜0.05）。结论：采用电针三阴交为主治疗更年期综合疗效较满意，为该病的治疗提供了循证医学依据。
목적：관찰전침관원화기해、족삼리급삼음교등혈조치료경년기종합정적림상료효。방법：장90례입선병례수궤분위관기조、족삼리조、삼음교조，매조각30례，안취혈불동분별급여전침치료，매차30 min，매일1차，10차위1개료정，공치료3개료정。결과：3개료정치료후，삼음교조적총유효솔시90％，명현우우기타량조（ P＜0.05）。결론：채용전침삼음교위주치료경년기종합료효교만의，위해병적치료제공료순증의학의거。
Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture at Guanyuan , Zusanli and Sanyinjiao in the treatment of climacteric syndrome .Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into three groups , each group with 30 cases, and were given acupuncture therapy , 30min each time,one time each day, 10 times as a course, a total of three courses of treatment .Results:After treatment for three courses , the total efficiency in Sanyinjiao group was 90%, which was significantly better than the other two groups ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion:Electroacu-puncture at Sanyinjiao in the treatment of climacteric syndrome has a satisfactory effect and provides evidence -based medicine for the treatment of such disease .
