目的：观察电针募穴为主治疗肝内胆管结石的疗效。方法：将52例肝内胆管结石患者随机分为两组，对照组口服熊去氧胆酸片，150 mg/次，3次/天，中午脂餐后3个小时加服33％硫酸镁溶液30 ml；治疗组于脂餐后2个小时进行电针治疗，治疗60min，起针后加服33％硫酸镁溶液30 ml。取穴：期门（右）、日月（右）、阳陵泉、支沟。结果：治疗组排石率为93．3％，对照组排石率为63．7％，差异有显著性意义（P＜0．05）；治疗组总有效率为83．3％，优于对照组63．7％。结论：电针募穴为主治疗肝内胆管结石疗效肯定，较单用药物治疗有明显优势。
목적：관찰전침모혈위주치료간내담관결석적료효。방법：장52례간내담관결석환자수궤분위량조，대조조구복웅거양담산편，150 mg/차，3차/천，중오지찬후3개소시가복33％류산미용액30 ml；치료조우지찬후2개소시진행전침치료，치료60min，기침후가복33％류산미용액30 ml。취혈：기문（우）、일월（우）、양릉천、지구。결과：치료조배석솔위93．3％，대조조배석솔위63．7％，차이유현저성의의（P＜0．05）；치료조총유효솔위83．3％，우우대조조63．7％。결론：전침모혈위주치료간내담관결석료효긍정，교단용약물치료유명현우세。
Objective:To study electronic acupuncuture at Mu -front acupoints in the treatment of hepatolithia-sis lithiasis.Methods:52 patients with hepatolithiasis lithiasis were divided randomly into two groups .Acupoints of the treatment group: Qimen(right), Riyue(right), Yanglingquan, Zhigou.60 minutes electroacupunture was given to the treatment group , and 33%magnesium sulfate solution was given orally to the treatment group after the needles were taken off .Urosodeoxycholic acid ( UDCA) tablets were given to the control group in the does of 150 mg per time, three times a day and 33%magnesium sulfate solution was given after 3 hours of the lunch lipid.Results:The rate of stone expulsion was 93.3%in the treatment group and 63.7% in the control group with a notable difference between the two groups ( P<0 .05 ) .The result of the total effective rate in the treatment group was 83.3%,which was better than that in the control group (63.7%).Conclusion:The method of electroacupuncture combined with Chinese herbal medicine has an obvious effect on hepatolithiasis lithiasis compared with taking medicine only .
