目的近年来国内外灾难事件频发，使得用于灾后救援的方舱医院再次成为研究热点。它可以为灾区伤员提供及时医疗救助并代替灾后遭受破坏的当地医院。本文旨在评价方舱医院门急诊模块的设计和展开。方法通过检索文献、访问方舱医院的使用者，本文描述了方舱医院门急诊模块的展开、模块化程度、机动性能、医疗设备、组织设计、医疗专业人员编组。同时讨论了其优势、应用以及局限性。结果本文探讨了方舱医院门急诊模块的组织构建和设计，并对其未来发展提出了建议。门急诊模块由预加工的模块化方舱和充气式帐篷构成整合互联的统一单元。它由分诊区、门诊区和急诊区3部分组成，配备便携式仪器设备、局域网络、并通过充气式通道帐篷与X线、CT等其它方舱模块相连接。结论方舱医院门急诊模块可以在灾难事件中对伤员提供医疗救治并代替当地遭到破坏的医院门急诊。

Objective To evaluate the shelter hospital outpatient and emergency module on its design as well as deployment in order to meet the need in occurrence of natural disasters. Methods The following areas were described- architectural methods, degree of modularity, mobility (ease of transportability), medical equipment, organization and design, specialized medical personnel, and its deployment. Results The outpatient and emergency module of the shelter hospital is pre-fabricated container and inflatable tent which is modular based hospitals that is integrated and interconnected to form a complete unit. The outpatient and emergency module consist of three parts, a triage room, an outpatient room, and an emergency room equipped with miniaturization medical equipment, communications equipment connected by local communications networks. It was connected by inflatable connecting tents equipped with the X-ray, CT scanner and other modules containers. Conclusion Outpatient and emergency module of the shelter hospital is considered to provide care for the injured, and serve as a substitute for any destroyed hospitals in the aftermath of sudden-onset disasters.
