总结我院心血管内科检查、检验预警信息报告制度的实施体会。预警信息报告制度自2010年实施以来使医院内部形成了一个快速联动的反应机制，提高了心血管内科患者抢救的时效性和成功率，同时也提升了医疗管理水平。护士在预警信息传递和接到报告后的处理中发挥了重要作用。

The aim of this article was to summarize the experiences of implementing instant warning test report system in the department of cardiology. The quick reaction linkage mechanism was formed by the implementation of instant warning test report system in hospital since 2010. The system improved the timeliness and the success rate of patient rescues, and also increased hospital management level. Nurses played an important role in the processing and delivering of instant warning information.
