目的调查分析重庆高校在校大学生对两江新区的知晓情况、关注程度以及工作意愿的现状。方法分层抽样重庆10余所高校823名在校大学生,了解地域、专业、薪酬因素对其择业观的影响、大学生对两江新区知晓程度、工作意愿、关注点和政策知晓情况。运用SAS 9.0进行统计分析,计数资料用率或比进行描述,计量资料用中位数进行描述,数据行卡方检验。结果38.31%的学生在择业过程中会考虑地域问题;有29.16%会考虑专业因素;有43.01%的学生会考虑薪酬问题;知道两江新区的有664人,占81.67%;575人(74.29%)表示只是知道两江新区,一般不关注;只有15.08%的学生明确表示会就业两江新区的工作意愿。结论建立大学生创业促进机制、就业创业保障机制、有效的宣传途径等措施,可有效满足两江新区人力资源需求和解决大学生就业问题。

Objective To investigate awareness,concern and working will of college students for Liangjiang New Area in Chonqging. Methods Totally 823 college students in 10 universities in Chongqing were selected by stratified sampling method. Effects of region,profession,payment on employment view, college students' understanding of Liangjiang New Area,their working will,concerns and knowing of poli-cy were analyzed. SAS 9.0 was used to do statistic analysis. Enumeration data were expressed as ratio and measurement data were expressed as median. Chi-square test was conducted. Results 38.31%students would consider regional problem in the process of choosing a job;29.16% would consider professional factors;43.01%students would consider compensation. 664 students (81.67%) knew Liangjiang New Area;575(74.29%) just know Liangjiang New Area but did not concern. Only 15.08%students clearly expressed their working will in Liangjiang New Area. Conclusions Constructing college student entre-preneur ship promoting mechanism and employment guarantee mechanism and adopting effective propa-ganda can effectively meet human resource demand in Liangjiang New Area and solve the employment problem of university students.
