本文介绍了赣州市储潭镇城乡统筹发展示范区的发展情况，分析了储潭镇城乡统筹规划编制的背景和规划效能；整理了在高速城镇化进程中，尤其是在城乡统筹规划的推动下，储潭镇村民持有的新的环境态度；总结了城乡统筹发展示范区村民环境行为的维度和特征，归纳了城乡统筹规划的推动实施与储潭镇村民环境行为之间的联系。以示范区村民环境行为的变迁为切入点，评价城乡统筹规划的得失，进而探求城乡统筹规划编制的新思路、新方法和具有实效的规划运作方式。
本文介紹瞭贛州市儲潭鎮城鄉統籌髮展示範區的髮展情況，分析瞭儲潭鎮城鄉統籌規劃編製的揹景和規劃效能；整理瞭在高速城鎮化進程中，尤其是在城鄉統籌規劃的推動下，儲潭鎮村民持有的新的環境態度；總結瞭城鄉統籌髮展示範區村民環境行為的維度和特徵，歸納瞭城鄉統籌規劃的推動實施與儲潭鎮村民環境行為之間的聯繫。以示範區村民環境行為的變遷為切入點，評價城鄉統籌規劃的得失，進而探求城鄉統籌規劃編製的新思路、新方法和具有實效的規劃運作方式。

This paper analyzes the background and impact of urban rural integration planning in Chutan town, based on the development of the demonstration zone in Ganzhou city. Because of the fast urbanization process promoted by the urban rural integration planning,villagers will hold new environment attitudes. This paper summarizes the dimensions and characteristics of the environment behavior in the demonstration zone to prove the relationship between the integration planning and the villagers’ environment behavior. The changes of the villagers’ environment behavior are the starting point of this research;this research will seek innovative thought and method of integration planning based on the environment behavior theory.
