本文运用文献分析、比较分析从世界范围内考察学校体育教师的资质、地位和专业发展。认为当前的体育教师资质尚未达到学校体育发展的要求;体育教师的地位低下。要改变这种窘境就需规范体育教师的任教资格,树立体育教师的职业尊严与地位,推进体育教师专业发展来提升自身地位。
本文運用文獻分析、比較分析從世界範圍內攷察學校體育教師的資質、地位和專業髮展。認為噹前的體育教師資質尚未達到學校體育髮展的要求;體育教師的地位低下。要改變這種窘境就需規範體育教師的任教資格,樹立體育教師的職業尊嚴與地位,推進體育教師專業髮展來提升自身地位。

By using literature analysis and comparative analysis, this paper explores the qualification, status and professional development of school physical education teachers worldwide. It concludes that current sports teachers’ qualification is not able to meet the requirements of the development of school physical education;physical education teachers’ status is low. To improve this situation requires strict physical education teachers teaching qualiifcations, establishes occupational dignity and status, and promotes physical education teachers professional development to enhance their position.
