With the rapid development of wireless sensor network technology as well as coexistence the requirement of between its own standard and the Internet, 6LOWPAN emerges as the times demand. The performance parameters of 6LOWPAN include energy consumption, transfer delay, received signal strength indicator and packet-loss rate. The specific analysis shows that IEEE802.15.4channel selection affects transfer duration. The number of nodes, the attendance or absence of CBR could change the value of communications volume and consumed energy. Experiments indicates that the channel selection of 26 would be the best.
