根据深孔钻进对金刚石钻头性能提出的新要求,从结构改进、金刚石选择与匹配、原材料优选、配方创新、制造工艺优化及针对地层优化性能参数等几个方面入手,研制了新型高胎体低温烧结钻头,通过野外现场试验验证,取得了较好的效果。
根據深孔鑽進對金剛石鑽頭性能提齣的新要求,從結構改進、金剛石選擇與匹配、原材料優選、配方創新、製造工藝優化及針對地層優化性能參數等幾箇方麵入手,研製瞭新型高胎體低溫燒結鑽頭,通過野外現場試驗驗證,取得瞭較好的效果。
근거심공찬진대금강석찬두성능제출적신요구,종결구개진、금강석선택여필배、원재료우선、배방창신、제조공예우화급침대지층우화성능삼수등궤개방면입수,연제료신형고태체저온소결찬두,통과야외현장시험험증,취득료교호적효과。
According to the new requirements to the performance of diamond bit for deep hole drilling, starting from the im-provement of structure, selection and matching of diamond, optimization of raw materials, formula innovation, optimization of manufacturing process and optimal performance parameters in view of stratum, a new bit with high matrix by low-temper-ature sintering was developed.Good effects are achieved in the field test.
