目的分析睾丸扭转的超声表现，提高超声对其诊断准确性。方法21例经手术证实的睾丸扭转患者，分析其二维声像图特征及血流情况。结果①21例睾丸蒂区回声呈团状增粗改变，其内见螺旋走行的低回声，20例探及半环状或环状彩色血流信号。②睾丸形态增大饱满19例；睾丸回声均匀减低8例，不均匀减低6例，出现斑片状低回声7例；睾丸实质内未探及彩色血流信号15例，探及少许彩色血流信号4例，探及稍增多彩色血流信号2例。③伴有睾丸鞘膜积液8例及阴囊壁增厚16例。结论睾丸蒂区和睾丸回声表现以及睾丸鞘膜腔及阴囊壁增厚对诊断睾丸扭转有重要特征意义。
목적분석고환뉴전적초성표현，제고초성대기진단준학성。방법21례경수술증실적고환뉴전환자，분석기이유성상도특정급혈류정황。결과①21례고환체구회성정단상증조개변，기내견라선주행적저회성，20례탐급반배상혹배상채색혈류신호。②고환형태증대포만19례；고환회성균균감저8례，불균균감저6례，출현반편상저회성7례；고환실질내미탐급채색혈류신호15례，탐급소허채색혈류신호4례，탐급초증다채색혈류신호2례。③반유고환초막적액8례급음낭벽증후16례。결론고환체구화고환회성표현이급고환초막강급음낭벽증후대진단고환뉴전유중요특정의의。
Objective To analyze the sonographic appearance of testicular torsion, and improve the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound for testicular torsion. Methods The sonographic features of 21 cases of surgically confirmed testicular torsion were analyzed. Results ①Testicular pedicle became thicker with internal spiral course hypoechoic area in 21 cases. Semi-circular or circular blood flow signals were found in 20 cases.②The size of testicle was increased in 19 cases, the echo of testicle was homogeneously reduced in 8 cases , while heterogeneously reduced in 6 cases, patchy low echo was shown in 7 cases. No blood flow signals were observed in testicle in 15 cases, little blood flow signals were observed in 4 cases and increased signals were observed in 2 cases. ③Eight cases were complicated with hydrocele and 16 cases were complicated with scrotal wall thickening. Conclusion The echo of testicular pedicle and testicle, the hydrocele and thickening of scrotal wall all have important significance for diagnosis of testicular torsion.
