目的探讨经阴道三维超声在不全纵隔子宫和弓形子宫鉴别中的诊断标准。方法63例不全纵隔子宫和15例弓形子宫患者，经阴道三维超声测量其双侧内膜夹角和子宫底凹陷深度占宫腔深度的比例。结果不全纵隔子宫双侧内膜夹角较锐利，为64～90°；弓形子宫内膜夹角钝圆，为103～152°。不全纵隔子宫的子宫底内膜凹陷深度占宫腔深度50％以上，而弓形子宫内膜凹陷深度占宫腔深度50％以下。结论经阴道三维超声检查可较准确鉴别不全纵隔子宫和弓形子宫，具有很高的临床价值。
목적탐토경음도삼유초성재불전종격자궁화궁형자궁감별중적진단표준。방법63례불전종격자궁화15례궁형자궁환자，경음도삼유초성측량기쌍측내막협각화자궁저요함심도점궁강심도적비례。결과불전종격자궁쌍측내막협각교예리，위64～90°；궁형자궁내막협각둔원，위103～152°。불전종격자궁적자궁저내막요함심도점궁강심도50％이상，이궁형자궁내막요함심도점궁강심도50％이하。결론경음도삼유초성검사가교준학감별불전종격자궁화궁형자궁，구유흔고적림상개치。
Objective To explore the diagnostic criteria of transvaginal three-dimensional (3D) ultrasonography in differentiation between incomplete uterus septum and arcuate uterus. Methods Sixty-three patients with suspected incomplete uterus septum and 15 patients with suspected arcuate uterus were examined by transvaginal 3D ultrasonography. The angle between bilateral endometrium and the ratio of depth of uterine fundus depression and depth of uterine cavity were tested. Results For incomplete uterus septum, the angle between bilateral endometrium was sharp from 64° to 90°;for arcuate uterus, the angle was 103° to 152°. The ratio of depth of uterine fundus depression and depth of uterine cavity was more than 50%for incomplete uterus septum, while less than 50%for arcuate uterus. Conclusion Transvaginal 3D ultrasonography can accurately distinguish incomplete uterus septum and arcuate uterus. It is of high value in clinical practice.
