Lubrication audit is a new mode of lubrication management improvement for a modern enterprise in the process of carrying out the equipment management,which enables the industrial enterprise to target the equipment lubrica-tion rectification technology on the basis of the equipment lubrication management status evaluation,thereby the machinery lubrication safety and lubrication economic enhancement are realized fully.By proposing lubrication audits concept,setting up the consisting content,establishing the workflow,the lubrication audit mode carrying out by industrial enterprises was described.Practice shows that the lubrication audit can promote the progress of modern industrial enterprise equipment lu-brication management,and bring the significant lubrication economy to the industrial enterprises.
