在微型二冲程摆式内燃机中,混合气经扫气室预压缩后进入燃烧室燃烧时将产生高温高压气体,传统的活塞环封堵方式不能满足燃烧室的密封要求。提出滚针式密封结构的设计方案,采用有限元方法,进行密封结构的受力和微尺度流场分析,验证微尺度下气体流动的稀薄效应。采用解析法对密封结构进行受力分析,验证了有限元分析方法的正确性。

In two-stroke micro free swing piston engine,the burning of the gas mixture coming from the scavenging chamber after pre-compression will produce high temperature and high pressure gas in the combustion chamber,and the traditional piston ring sealing method can not meet the requirements to seal the combustion chamber.The roller-needle type seal structure was designed for the combustion chamber of two-stroke micro free swing piston engine.The stress and the mi-cro-scale flow field were analyzed,verifying the rarefied effect of micro scale gases flow.The stress of the seal structure was analyzed by the analytical method,which verifies the correctness of the finite element analysis results.
