采用粗糙度轮廓测量分析仪测得齿面表面粗糙度,用傅立叶变换非线性逼近法建立齿面粗糙度函数,将此函数叠加到油膜厚度方程中建立齿轮传动混合弹流润滑模型,并在齿轮传动参数固定不变的条件下,通过改变润滑剂黏度共进行一系列混合弹流润滑数值计算。结果表明:随着润滑剂黏度的增大,粗糙齿面压力波动减小,平均油膜厚度增大,轮齿接触区次表面主剪应力最大值逐渐降低;当油膜比厚(平均油膜厚度与齿面粗糙度的均方根值的比值)小于4.0时,轮齿接触区次表面主剪应力最大值随油膜比厚的增大按照抛物线规律减小。借助回归分析理论,建立粗糙齿面接触应力与油膜比厚之间的定量关系。

The surface roughness of a test-piece was measured by a roughness profile measuring analyzer.With the help of the Fourier approximation a roughness function was formed based on the measured data,and a gearing mixed elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication model was established by adding the roughness function to the oil film thickness equation.Based on this model,a series of numerical calculations were carried through by changing the lubricant viscosity when gearing pa-rameters and other lubricant parameters were fixed.The results show that with the increase of lubricant viscosity,the aver-age oil film thickness between two teeth is increased,and the maximum principal shear stress on tooth subsurface is de-creased gradually.When the film ratio(the ratio of average oil film thickness and RMS roughness value)is less than 4.0, the maximum principal shear stress is reduced according to the parabolic law with the film ratio increasing.A quantitative relationship between the contact stress for rough tooth surface and the film ratio was created based on the regression analy-sis of the calculated results.
