为考察端面密封在低黏度介质润滑条件下的特性,采用液氮介质模拟高速涡轮泵低黏介质润滑环境,通过对液氮介质润滑的端面密封进行2 s升速至2.9万转的快变升速过程以及120 s的稳定运行过程的试验研究,获得快变过程的端面温度、泄漏量、摩擦力、摩擦因数等各项密封性能数据。结果表明:随着转速增加,端面温升上升,液氮介质汽化出现两相现象,密封副处在干摩擦状态;当转速上升至24000 r/min时密封泄漏量明显增加,但未超标;密封系统运转开始时,端面间干摩擦条件下的摩擦力较大,最大摩擦因数值为0.27,随着转速的逐渐增加,摩擦因数逐渐减小,最小摩擦因数为0.14。

In order to investigate the characteristics of face seal in the condition of low viscosity lubrication,liquid ni-trogen was used to simulate low viscosity lubricating environment of high-speed turbopump.Face temperature,leakage, friction force,friction coefficient and other sealing performance data were acquired from the experimental study:rapidly varying up process for liquid nitrogen lubricated face seal that rotational speed is accelerated to 29 000 r/min in 2 s and 120 s of steady running.The experimental results show that the end face temperature is increased with the increasing of ro-tational speed,and two-phase phenomenon is generated for liquid nitrogen because of vaporization.Therefore,sealing is in the state of dry friction.When the rotational speed is up to 24 000 r/min,the sealing leakage is increased significantly and sealing is in the off state.When sealing system begins to operate,friction force between end faces in the state of dry friction is larger,and the maximum friction coefficient is 0.27 .The friction coefficient is decreased gradually with the in-creasing of speed,and the minimum value is 0.14.
