实践教学在高校创新性人才培养中起着至关重要的作用，当前形势下已不可能完全依靠投入来满足实践教学的需要，只有通过不断更新教育理念，不断改革教育教学方法，不断深化实践教学管理体制改革，优化地区间、行业间教育资源配置，最终才能提高实践教学质量。本文着重阐述了实践教学环节的重要性，实践教学环节存在的问题，实践教学质量监控中存在的问题，以及构建实践教学质量监控体系的必要性。

The practice teaching plays an important role in the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities, under the current situation has not completely rely on investment to meet the need of practice teaching, only through continuous renewal of education idea, reform teaching methods, deepening the reform of the management system of practice teaching, optimize regional, industry education resource allocation, finally improve the quality of practical teaching. This paper focuses on the importance of practical teaching, there exists the problems in practical teaching, problems in quality monitoring of practical teaching, and the necessity of constructing the practical teaching quality monitoring system.
