以某型兆瓦级风电机组为实例,介绍了滑动式偏航系统的组成,并对产生偏航摩擦力矩的各摩擦片受力进行了力学分析,建立了相应的数学模型,利用MATLAB软件,模拟了风电机组运行过程中风载对各摩擦片的作用,得到了碟簧压力对偏航系统摩擦力矩的关系,建立了碟簧压力与偏航功率的关系,为研究风载对系统作用和碟簧压力对系统偏航功率的影响提供了参考。

Taking a certain type of megawat-scale wind turbine as an example, the composition of sliding yaw system is introduced frstly, and mechanics analysis is done for friction pad which produces the yaw friction moment, and corresponding mathematical model is established. Moreover, the effect of wind load on friction pad is simulated by using MATLAB software, and the relationship between disk spring pressure and friction torque of yaw system is got, and the relationship between disc spring pressure and yaw power is established. Besides, the reference of studying the function of wind load on yaw system and the infuence of disc spring pressure on the yaw power are provided.
