在配电网中,配电网静止无功补偿器(D-STATCOM)通常采用双闭环的控制策略,在该策略中需要保持D-STATCOM直流侧电压的稳定。直流侧电压的稳定一般采用的是传统的PI控制,但是传统的PI控制容易使D-STATCOM呈现严重的非线性,并且具有较大的超调量和静差,响应速度也较慢,同时传统Pl控制参数选择也很困难,难以满足D-STATCOM控制要求。为解决此问题将免疫反馈机理和模糊控制与传统的PI控制相结合,设计了模糊免疫PI控制来保持D-STATCOM直流侧电压的稳定。仿真结果显示,此种控制较传统的PI控制具有更好的效果,可以让直流侧的电压保持稳定。

In Distribution Network, Distribution Static Synchronous Compensator (D-STATCOM) generally uses double closed-loop control strategy, in which the DC side voltage needs to keep stable with the conventional PI controller. But the conventional PI controller is easy to make the D-STATCOM non-linear, and have a large overshoot and static error, and the response speed is slow, and its parameter is very difficult to be selected. So it is difficult to meet the control requirements. In order to solve the problems, this paper designs the Fuzzy Immune PI controller to maintain the stability of the DC side voltage combining the immune feedback mechanism and Fuzzy Controller with the conventional PI controller. The simulation results show that this controller has more advantages than the conventional PI controller, and can stabilize the DC side voltage.
