卒中后睡眠障碍发生率高,不仅影响患者神经功能的恢复,还增加血压升高和卒中复发的风险。越来越多的研究表明丘脑在睡眠和觉醒的调节中起着重要的作用,丘脑卒中后睡眠障碍的表现形式多样,这可能与炎性反应、神经递质分泌的改变及环路的破坏有关。因此,对丘脑卒中后睡眠障碍的早期识别及干预能使患者明显受益。

Post-stroke sleep disorders has high incidence that not only affects the recovery of the neurological function but also increases the risk of high blood pressure and stroke recurrence. More and more researches suggest that thalamus plays an important role in the regulation of circadian rhythem. Many patterns of sleep-wake rhythm disturbance were found after thalamic stroke, which may be related to inflammatory reaction, the change of the neurotransmitter secretion and the destruction of the neuroanatomical circuit.
