目的:应用快速筛查方法对成人和儿童呼吸道疾病患者的甲型流感病毒(Flu A)、乙型流感病毒(Flu B)、肺炎支原体(MP)进行检测并结果比较,以了解三种病原体在不同人群中的流行及分布情况。方法:对2011年9月~2012年2月间呼吸科408例呼吸道疾病成人患者和儿科279例呼吸道疾病儿童患者鼻咽分泌物样本,进行Flu A、Flu B、MP的快速筛查检测,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果:成人患者Flu A检出率为2.5%,Flu B为0.2%,MP为6.4%;儿童患者Flu A检出率为8.2%,Flu B为2.9%,MP为17.6%。儿童患者的三种病原体检出率均明显高于成人患者(P<0.01)。结论:Flu A、FluB、MP是呼吸道感染的重要病原体,儿童是易感人群,检测数据对探讨本地区三种病原体的流行及分布情况等有着重要的意义。

목적:응용쾌속사사방법대성인화인동호흡도질병환자적갑형류감병독(Flu A)、을형류감병독(Flu B)、폐염지원체(MP)진행검측병결과비교,이료해삼충병원체재불동인군중적류행급분포정황。방법:대2011년9월~2012년2월간호흡과408례호흡도질병성인환자화인과279례호흡도질병인동환자비인분비물양본,진행Flu A、Flu B、MP적쾌속사사검측,병대검측결과진행통계분석。결과:성인환자Flu A검출솔위2.5%,Flu B위0.2%,MP위6.4%;인동환자Flu A검출솔위8.2%,Flu B위2.9%,MP위17.6%。인동환자적삼충병원체검출솔균명현고우성인환자(P<0.01)。결론:Flu A、FluB、MP시호흡도감염적중요병원체,인동시역감인군,검측수거대탐토본지구삼충병원체적류행급분포정황등유착중요적의의。
Objective:Rapid screening methods for adults and children with respiratory tract diseases influenza A virus (Flu A), influenza B virus (Flu B), Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) to detect and compare the results,in order to understand the three kinds of pathogens in different population prevalence and distribution.Methods:A study was performed by collecting nasopharyngeal secretions specimens of 408 adult and 279 child patients with respiratory tract infection during Feb 2011 to Sep 2012.In the study, the FluA ,B and MP antigen were detected by rapid detection.Results:The rates of Flu A,Flu B and MP were 2.5%,0.2%and 6.4%in the 408 adult patients respectively.The rates were 8.2 %,2.9% and 17.6% in the 279 child patients respectively. The detection rates of the three respiratory pathogens in the child patients were significantly higher than that in the adult patients (P<0.01).Conclusion:Flu A,Flu B and MP are important pathogens in respiratory tract infection. Children are susceptible.The data of this study has important significance to understand the distribution of the three respiratory pathogens in Beijing district.
