目的：研究地佐辛应用于妇科腹腔镜手术术后病人的镇痛效果。方法：选择60例择期ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级拟行妇科腹腔镜手术治疗(手术时间<3h)患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组：手术结束前15分钟肌注地佐辛注射液0.1mg/kg；对照组：不用任何药物进行镇痛治疗。术后随访8h,观察镇痛效果及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗组术后(2、4)h疼痛评分、Ramsay评分均低于对照组(P<0.01),术后8h疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.01),Ramsay评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),两组均有恶心呕吐不良反应,差异无统计学意义。结论：地佐辛应用于妇科腹腔镜手术,能有效缓解术后切口疼痛,且术后苏醒迅速、安全。
목적：연구지좌신응용우부과복강경수술술후병인적진통효과。방법：선택60례택기ASAⅠ-Ⅱ급의행부과복강경수술치료(수술시간<3h)환자,수궤분위치료조화대조조,매조30례。치료조：수술결속전15분종기주지좌신주사액0.1mg/kg；대조조：불용임하약물진행진통치료。술후수방8h,관찰진통효과급불량반응발생정황。결과：치료조술후(2、4)h동통평분、Ramsay평분균저우대조조(P<0.01),술후8h동통평분저우대조조(P<0.01),Ramsay평분무통계학차이(P>0.05),량조균유악심구토불량반응,차이무통계학의의。결론：지좌신응용우부과복강경수술,능유효완해술후절구동통,차술후소성신속、안전。
Objective:To study the analgesic effect with pholcodine after the patient with gynaecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods:Sixty patients(the ASAⅠ-Ⅱ,surgery time<3h) who underwent the gynaecological laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into pholcodine group and control group,30 cases in each group. Pholcodine group:Intramuscular injection of pholcodine 0.1mg/kg at 15 minutes before the end of surgery;Control group:Analgesic treatment without any drugs. Analgesic efficacy and adverse events were observed for 24h after gynaecological laparoscopic surgery.Results:Pain scores and Ramsay scores were lower in pholcodine group after 2,4 h than the control group (P<0.01), pain scores were lower in pholcodine group after 8h,than the control group (P<0.01),Ramsay score was no significant difference (P>0.05).Nausea and vomiting adverse reactions occurred in two groups,no significant difference between. Conclusion:Pholcodine to assist applied in gynecological laparoscopic surgery, can effectively alleviate postoperative pain of incision, postoperative wake up quickly, and security.
