目的:观察并探究98例耐多药肺结核(MDR-TB)合并糖尿病患者的痰液培养中感染其他致病菌的情况。方法:回顾我院近年来收治的98例患有耐多药肺结核(MDR-TB)合并糖尿病患者的临床资料,分析其痰培养中的其他致病菌感染情况。结果:经过痰培养观察可知,98例患者中,48例患者真菌感染,占48.98%;3例革兰氏阳性杆菌感染,占3.06%;95例革兰氏阴性杆菌感染,占95.00%,而且耐药性较高。结论:耐多药肺结核(MDR-TB)合并糖尿病患者较单纯耐多药肺结核(MDR-TB)患者易感染其他致病菌,需加强耐多药肺结核(MDR-TB)合并糖尿病患者的监测,以便及早干预和治疗。
目的:觀察併探究98例耐多藥肺結覈(MDR-TB)閤併糖尿病患者的痰液培養中感染其他緻病菌的情況。方法:迴顧我院近年來收治的98例患有耐多藥肺結覈(MDR-TB)閤併糖尿病患者的臨床資料,分析其痰培養中的其他緻病菌感染情況。結果:經過痰培養觀察可知,98例患者中,48例患者真菌感染,佔48.98%;3例革蘭氏暘性桿菌感染,佔3.06%;95例革蘭氏陰性桿菌感染,佔95.00%,而且耐藥性較高。結論:耐多藥肺結覈(MDR-TB)閤併糖尿病患者較單純耐多藥肺結覈(MDR-TB)患者易感染其他緻病菌,需加彊耐多藥肺結覈(MDR-TB)閤併糖尿病患者的鑑測,以便及早榦預和治療。
목적:관찰병탐구98례내다약폐결핵(MDR-TB)합병당뇨병환자적담액배양중감염기타치병균적정황。방법:회고아원근년래수치적98례환유내다약폐결핵(MDR-TB)합병당뇨병환자적림상자료,분석기담배양중적기타치병균감염정황。결과:경과담배양관찰가지,98례환자중,48례환자진균감염,점48.98%;3례혁란씨양성간균감염,점3.06%;95례혁란씨음성간균감염,점95.00%,이차내약성교고。결론:내다약폐결핵(MDR-TB)합병당뇨병환자교단순내다약폐결핵(MDR-TB)환자역감염기타치병균,수가강내다약폐결핵(MDR-TB)합병당뇨병환자적감측,이편급조간예화치료。
Objective:To observe and investigate other pathogenic bacteria in the sputum cultures of 98 patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) complicated by diabetes.Methods:The clinical data of 98 patients with MDR-TB complicated by diabetes in our hospital in recent years were retrospected, and other pathogenic bacteria in the sputum cultures of these patients were analyzed. Results:By observation on sputum culture, in 98 patients, there were 48 patients with fungal infection, accounting for 48.98%of the patients;there were 3 patients with infection caused by gram-positive bacilli, accounting for 3.06%of the patients;there were 95 patients with infection caused by gram-negative bacilli and with high drug resistance, accounting for 95.00% of the patients.Conclusion:The patients with MDR-TB complicated by diabetes are more susceptible to other pathogenic bacteria than those only with MDR-TB. For early intervention and treatment, it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of patients with MDR-TB complicated by diabetes.
