目的：探讨早期肠内营养(EEN)对严重烧伤后炎症反应综合征(SIRS)患者炎症因子的影响。方法：将38例严重烧伤后SIRS患者随机分成2组，对照组和EEN组。在第(1、4、8、12)d分别检测炎症介质TNF-α、CRP、IL-1和IL-6。结果：第4d、8d和第12d EEN组的TNF-α、CRP、IL-1和IL-6水平低于对照组。结论：EEN能减少炎症因子生成，对严重烧伤后SIRS患者肠黏膜屏障有保护作用。
목적：탐토조기장내영양(EEN)대엄중소상후염증반응종합정(SIRS)환자염증인자적영향。방법：장38례엄중소상후SIRS환자수궤분성2조，대조조화EEN조。재제(1、4、8、12)d분별검측염증개질TNF-α、CRP、IL-1화IL-6。결과：제4d、8d화제12d EEN조적TNF-α、CRP、IL-1화IL-6수평저우대조조。결론：EEN능감소염증인자생성，대엄중소상후SIRS환자장점막병장유보호작용。
Objective:To investigate early enteral nutrition influence inflammatory factor in severely burned patients with SIRS. Methods:38 patients in severely burned with SIRS were divided into early enteral nutrition (EEN) groups and contrast group.The levels of TNF-α,CRP,IL-1 and IL-6 in the peripheral plasma were measured in the first, the fouth, the eighth, the twelfth day. Results:The levels of TNF-α,CRP,IL-1 and IL-6 in the peripheral plasma in EEN group were less than those contrast group at the the fouth, the eighth and the twelfth day respectively.Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition can decrease inflammatory factor and has a protective effect on intestinal mucosal barrier of severe burn patients with SIRS .
