目的 研究分析经颅多普勒超声对糖尿病患者脑血管早期病变的检测价值.方法 以2010年1月至2012年2月在我院就诊的 Ⅱ型糖尿病患者为实验组,选取同期在我院就诊的患者53例为对照组,两组患者均进行经颅多普勒超声检查,对比两组患者的检查结果.结果 糖尿病组动脉收缩期流速(101.02±10.24) cm/s,平均流速(68.62±5.99) cm/s,舒张末期流速(42.64±4.88) cm/s,搏动指数高(4.14±1.03c) m/s,且涡流比例发生高(13.21%),与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 采用经颅多普勒超声对糖尿病患者颅内血流情况检测价值较高,有助于早期发现患者的脑血管病变.

목적 연구분석경로다보륵초성대당뇨병환자뇌혈관조기병변적검측개치.방법 이2010년1월지2012년2월재아원취진적 Ⅱ형당뇨병환자위실험조,선취동기재아원취진적환자53례위대조조,량조환자균진행경로다보륵초성검사,대비량조환자적검사결과.결과 당뇨병조동맥수축기류속(101.02±10.24) cm/s,평균류속(68.62±5.99) cm/s,서장말기류속(42.64±4.88) cm/s,박동지수고(4.14±1.03c) m/s,차와류비례발생고(13.21%),여대조조비교차이유현저성(P<0.05).결론 채용경로다보륵초성대당뇨병환자로내혈류정황검측개치교고,유조우조기발현환자적뇌혈관병변.
Objective To study and analyze the diagnostic value of transcranial doppler ultrasound in the detection of diabetes and cerebrovascular early lesions.Methods Type Ⅱ diabetic patients in our hospital from January 2010 to February 2012 were selected as the experimental group,other 53 cases of the control group at the same period in our hospital were chosen as control group,patients in both groups all received transcranial doppler ultrasound test,the results were compared and analyzed.Results The diabetes group:Arterial systolic velocity (101.02 ± 10.24) cm/s,mean flow velocity (68.62 ± 5.99) cm/s,diastolic velocity (42.64 ± 4.88) cm/s,pulsatility index (4.14 ± 1.03) cm/s,and eddy current percentage was high(13.21%),compared with the control group,showing significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion Use of transcranial doppler ultrasound for intracranial blood flow detection in diabetic patients has higher inspection value,and contribute to the early detection for patients with cerebrovascular disease.
