采用实验室方法分离鉴定了引起猪腹泻的细菌,并对分离菌进行超广谱β-内酰胺酶( ESBLs)检测和对24种抗菌药、5种复方药的敏感性测定。结果显示,分离细菌为大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、奇异变形杆菌,有的且产生ESBLs。药敏试验结果表明该菌对兽医临床中常用的β-内酰胺类抗生素、氟喹诺酮类、氯霉素类、氨基糖苷类等均产生耐药;对粘杆菌素、亚胺培南、美罗培南敏感,β-内酰胺类药物与酶抑制剂联用能使药物对细菌的最低抑菌浓度(M ICs)降低,因此复方β-内酰胺类药物是治疗猪腹泻的有效措施之一。

채용실험실방법분리감정료인기저복사적세균,병대분리균진행초엄보β-내선알매( ESBLs)검측화대24충항균약、5충복방약적민감성측정。결과현시,분리세균위대장간균、사문씨균、지하씨균、기이변형간균,유적차산생ESBLs。약민시험결과표명해균대수의림상중상용적β-내선알류항생소、불규낙동류、록매소류、안기당감류등균산생내약;대점간균소、아알배남、미라배남민감,β-내선알류약물여매억제제련용능사약물대세균적최저억균농도(M ICs)강저,인차복방β-내선알류약물시치료저복사적유효조시지일。
Bacteria which caused young swine diarrhea were isolated and identified through laboratory means, the extended spectrumβ-lactamase ( ESBLs) , 24 species antibacterial and 5 pharmacopoeia compound phar-maceutical sensitivity were determinated. Results showed that the separated bacterium were Escherichia coli which produced ESBLs, salmonella, Shigella, Proteus mirabilis. Drugs sensitivity test results showed that the bacterium produced drug resistance to many usual veterinary clinical drugs, such as β- lactam antibiotics, quinolones, chloramphenicoles, aminoglycoside and so on. The bacteria was sensitive to polymycin, imipenem, meropenem,β-lactam drugs and enzyme inhibitor combination could decrease the minimum inhibitory con-centration (M IC), Therefore one of effective treating measures for salpingitis were usingβ-lactam drug and en-zyme inhibitor combination.
