目的：探讨术前服用阿司匹林与颅脑手术后出血的相关性。方法选择2010年4月至2011年4月在我院接受颅脑外科手术患者158例，分为服用阿司匹林组（58例）和未服用阿司匹林组（100例），服用阿司匹林患者术前停药2周后手术。结果服用阿司匹林组术后发生出血仅1例，未服用阿司匹林组无术后出血，差异无统计学意义。结论服用阿司匹林术前停药2周后手术是安全可靠的。
목적：탐토술전복용아사필림여로뇌수술후출혈적상관성。방법선택2010년4월지2011년4월재아원접수로뇌외과수술환자158례，분위복용아사필림조（58례）화미복용아사필림조（100례），복용아사필림환자술전정약2주후수술。결과복용아사필림조술후발생출혈부1례，미복용아사필림조무술후출혈，차이무통계학의의。결론복용아사필림술전정약2주후수술시안전가고적。
Objective To study the association between postoperative intracranial hemorrhage and aspirin adminis-tration before craniotomy. Methods One hundred and fifty-eight patients who received craniotomy during April 2010 to April 2011 were divided into two groups: 58 cases taking aspirin and 100 cases without aspirin administration. The former group stopped aspirin 2 weeks before surgery. Results Only one patient in the taking aspirin group had postoperative in-tracranial hemorrhage. Patients without aspirin administration had no intracranial hemorrhage. There was no statistics sig-nificant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Cranioecetomy is save if patients stop taking aspirin 2 weeks be-fore operation.
