采用电化学法合成钛酸锶纳米晶,研究了反应电流对结晶状况、形貌、尺寸和光催化性能的影响。X射线衍射仪、透射电镜和紫外-可见分光光度计测试结果表明:室温条件下,反应电流3A时可以得到结晶良好、粒径60 nm、最大光吸收边380 nm的钛酸锶纳米晶,100 min内对甲基橙溶液的降解效率可达93%。该实验路线简单易行,涵盖知识点多,有利于培养学生综合运用知识进行科学研究的能力,可以作为材料化学专业的综合性实验项目。

SrTiO3 crystallites were successfully synthesized by the electrochemistry method ,and the effect of electric current on the crystallization ,morphology and photocatalytic property was mainly investigated by using XRD ,TEM , UV-Vis and technique of photo degradation of methyl orange solution ,respectively .SrTiO3 nanocrystallites with ball shape and diameter of 60 nm could be obtained at 3 A under room temperature and the onset of the absorption appears at about 380 nm . The photo catalytic efficiency of the as-prepared nanoparticles is 93% in 100 min . The designing experiment with simple route includes a lot of knowledge and is beneficial to develop students ’ ability on using knowledge and carrying out scientific research flexibly ,thus it can be applied as a comprehensive experiment of the experimental course of the students majored in material chemistry .
