创新型人才培养是高校的主要任务,创新型实验方案和实验项目是培养创新人才的关键。提出了一种新颖的无传感器的同步电机转子位置检测方法,设计了基于高频注入的转子位置检测实验方案,给出了实验结果分析。结果表明,该方法正确有效,该实验项目具有创新性,可以培养学生创新思维和意识,提高学生的创新能力。

Innovative talent training is the main task of universities , the engineering practice teaching is an important part of innovative talent training ,and the innovative experiment program and project are the key of it .An innovative position detection experiment program is proposed .The position detection based on high frequency signal injection into the rotor is designed and the analysis of the experiment results is given which demonstrates the method is valid . The innovative experiment program can develop students ’ innovative thought and awareness and improve students’ innovative abilities further .
