The healthy , stable and sustainable development of all aspects in colleges and universities must be guaranteed by strengthening the construction of every aspects of the laboratory safety system and education system ,promoting the safety cultural quality of laboratory staff ,improving the consciousness and level of laboratory management service ,and consolidating laboratory safety cultural construction and practice .Only in this way ,the implementation of safe campus in an all-round way would be supported and the positive influence on the whole social safety cultural construction would be exerted .
