结合独立学院自身特点和优势，以及培养具有较强实践应用能力和创新能力人才的普遍共识，以南昌大学科学技术学院信息学科部为例，探讨和分析了其建立大学生创新实践基地的实际背景，总结、提出了几点运行措施及经验启示，经实践，对大学生创新实践基地的改革与发展具有保障和推动作用，效果表明：建立大学生创新实践基地是提升学生能力和素质的有效途径和良好平台，应大力推广。

According to building an innovative country and service local economic construction and development required ,combining own characteristics and superiority of the independent college ,and the general consensus of training talents who have a strong practical applications and innovative ability ,taking the Department of Information Science of College of Science and Technology of Nanchang University as an example ,this article discusses and analyses the actual background of establishing college students ’ innovative practice base ,and concludes a few operational measures and experience of enlightenment .The practice shows that it can ensure and promote effect to the reform and development of college students’ innovative practice base ,which points out that establishing college students’ innovative practice base is an effective way and a good platform to enhance students’ abilities and qualities ,which should be vigorously promoted .
