为了解决计算机控制系统课程硬件实验成本高、效率低,而单纯数字仿真缺乏形象性等问题,提出了一种基于物理模型的仿真实验平台设计方法,其中被控电路系统用SIMSCAPE提供的物理模型模块构建,计算机系统用SIM ULINK模块库中的触发子系统配合一定的程序来实现,模拟计算机周期性采样、迭代计算差分方程的过程。以二阶电路系统的最少拍控制仿真实验台为例,介绍了仿真系统设计过程,并分析了仿真实验平台运行的准确性。结果表明,作为硬件实验前的有效补充,在仿真实验台上的仿真实验过程与实际硬件实验过程一致,可极大激发学生的实验兴趣,提高实验效率。

In order to solve the problems with high cost ,low efficiency while students are doing an experiment at the actual platform and lack of intuitive by using digital simulation for the course of Computer Control System ,a new kind of simulation experiment platforms based on physical model is proposed .With the platform ,the controlled circuit system was built by using relevant modules provided by the software of SIMULINK/SIMSCAPE , and combing some programming skill ,the triggered subsystem from SIMULINK modules was used to simulate the process of periodical sampling ,periodical calculation of difference equation by using computer system .Taking least beat computer control of second-order circuit system as an example ,the design process of the experimental platforms and the their using method were illuminated in details .Furthermore ,the accuracy of the running result from the platform was analyzed by using computer control theory .The results show that the simulation experiment process at the platform is the same as the actual process ,and with the help of the simulation experiment ,the interest of students and the experiment efficiency will be improved largely .
