制备了一种基于环氧树脂的防冻粘涂料,通过正交试验,确定了试验影响因素对涂层冻粘强度的影响。最后,通过对试样接触角及其与水之间的剪切冻粘强度进行对比研究发现,随着接触角的增大,冻粘强度逐渐降低,且十七氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷的含量对环氧树脂基防冻粘涂层的疏水性影响不大。

In this paper,a kind of anti-freezing adhesive coating based on epoxy resin is prepared, and the influence of experimental factors on the strength of frozen layer is determined by the or-thogonal experiment.Finally,the contact angle of sample and the shear frozen sticky strength are compared.It is found that with the increment of contact angle,the frozen sticky strength reduces gradually,and the content of FAS has little effects on the hydrophobicity of the coating.
