本文探讨了用离子色谱法及分光光度法测定食糖中亚硝酸盐含量的新方法。实验结果表明,这2种方法的准确度和精密度均满足食糖中亚硝酸盐的检测,2种方法测定结果无显著性差异。行业标准《食糖中亚硝酸盐的测定》已通过专家审定并计划于近期上报。

In this paper, new methods were studied to determine the content of nitrite in sugar by chromatography method and spectrophotometric method. The result of experiment indicates that the accuracy and precision of the two methods can meet the detection of nitrite in sugar and there was no significant difference between the results. Sector standard “Determination of Nitrite in Sugars” has been validated by experts and will be to submit to the superior in the near future.
