对于紧密型水利工程施工联合体,项目风险的合理分担是有效控制风险的基础。以风险有效控制为视角,结合水利工程施工联合体运作实际及相关研究成果,构建了风险分担影响因素体系。引入ANP方法,构建了基于风险控制的水利工程施工联合体风险分担ANP模型,并给出了基于三角模糊数的求解过程。算例分析表明,风险分担ANP模型所得分配比例可以有效实现风险控制,同时充分考虑了风险承担意愿及联合体组织运作机制,具有可行性及合理性。

For compact alliance in construction,reasonable project risk-sharing is the foundation of effective risk control. At the perspective of ef-fective risk control,combining with the actual operation and related research of alliance in construction,the influencing factors of risk-sharing sys-tem was established and the complex network relationship of the factors was analyzed. A risk-sharing of alliance in construction ANP model based on risk control was established through ANP method with the solution based on triangular fuzzy number. A case study shows that the proportion for risk-sharing based on ANP model can help control risk,the willingness of risk-sharing and organizations operating mechanism needs of alliance is also considered fully,and the result is scientific and rational.
