目的：探讨MMP-9在胰腺癌发生、发展及转移过程中的意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学S-P法，检测 MMP-9在53例胰腺癌组织（胰腺癌组）及10例正常胰腺组织（对照组）中的表达，并与临床病理学资料进行分析比较。结果：胰腺癌组织中MMP-9的阳性表达明显高于正常胰腺组织（P＜0．05）。 MMP-9的表达与胰腺癌的临床分期及淋巴结有无转移有关（P＜0．05）。结论：胰腺癌组织中 MMP-9的表达与淋巴结转移及临床分期相关。
목적：탐토MMP-9재이선암발생、발전급전이과정중적의의。방법：채용면역조직화학S-P법，검측 MMP-9재53례이선암조직（이선암조）급10례정상이선조직（대조조）중적표체，병여림상병이학자료진행분석비교。결과：이선암조직중MMP-9적양성표체명현고우정상이선조직（P＜0．05）。 MMP-9적표체여이선암적림상분기급림파결유무전이유관（P＜0．05）。결론：이선암조직중 MMP-9적표체여림파결전이급림상분기상관。
Objective To explore the significance between MMP-9 in oncogenesis,progression and metastasis of pancreatic carcinoma.Methods Im-munohistochemistry methods(S-P) were applied to detect the differential expression of MMP-9 in Paraffin-embedded tumor specimens of 53 cases pancreatic car-cinoma tissue and 10 cases normal pancreatic tissue.clinicop-athologic features were statistically analyzed with SPSS12.0.Results The positive expression of MMP-9 was significantly higher in tissues of pancreatic carcinoma than in normal pancreatic tissues (P<0.05).The expression of MMP-9 was correlation with lymph node metastasis and clinical stages (P<0.05).Conclusions The expression of MMP-9 significantly was correlated with lymph node metastasis and tumor clinical stage,respectively.
