目的:探讨中药灯盏花素注射液对脑出血患者氧化应激的影响。方法:实验分成两组,以30例健康人为对照组,以25例早期脑出血患者为实验组,采用灯盏花素进行治疗,观察治疗前后两组血液中 SOD、LDH的活性及 MDA的含量。结果:与对照组相比,治疗前实验组 SOD 活性降低,而LDH的活性和MDA的含量升高。采用灯盏花素治疗后,实验组SOD显著升高,LDH的活性和 MDA的含量降低;与对照组相比,无明显差异。结论:灯盏花素可通过抑制中性粒细胞产生呼吸爆发、脱颗粒,增强机体清除氧自由基的能力,并降低脂质过氧化损伤,可应用于治疗早期脑出血。

목적:탐토중약등잔화소주사액대뇌출혈환자양화응격적영향。방법:실험분성량조,이30례건강인위대조조,이25례조기뇌출혈환자위실험조,채용등잔화소진행치료,관찰치료전후량조혈액중 SOD、LDH적활성급 MDA적함량。결과:여대조조상비,치료전실험조 SOD 활성강저,이LDH적활성화MDA적함량승고。채용등잔화소치료후,실험조SOD현저승고,LDH적활성화 MDA적함량강저;여대조조상비,무명현차이。결론:등잔화소가통과억제중성립세포산생호흡폭발、탈과립,증강궤체청제양자유기적능력,병강저지질과양화손상,가응용우치료조기뇌출혈。
Objective To discuss the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Breviscapinun on oxidatie stress of cerebral hemorrhage patients .Methods there are two groups in the experiment,30 cases in control group health people,with 25 patients with early intracerebral hemorrhage patients as experimental group,after injecting with Breviscapinun,the blood of the activity of SOD and LDH and the content of MDA in the two groups were observed before and after treat-ment.Results compared with the control group,the SOD activity of experimental group before treatment is reduced,and the LDH activity and MDA content rise. After treatment,the SOD activity of experimental group significantly was increased,but the LDH activity and MDA content low;no obvious difference between the control group and experimental group.Conclusion Breviscapinun can inhibit neutrophils produces breath eruptions,increase the body scanvenge oxygen free rad-icals ability,and reduce lipid peroxidation damage,so it can be used to treat early cerebral hemorrhage.
