目的：分析食管癌术后发生吻合口瘘的原因及诊治。方法：回顾性分析瑞金医院胸外科10例食管癌术后吻合口瘘患者的临床资料。结果：早期瘘及时手术，中晚期瘘胃肠减压，充分彻底冲洗和引流，肠内营养支持，均可痊愈。结论：通过早期发现，早期诊断，选择有效治疗措施，肠内营养支持，患者预后得到明显改善，降低死亡率。
目的：分析食管癌術後髮生吻閤口瘺的原因及診治。方法：迴顧性分析瑞金醫院胸外科10例食管癌術後吻閤口瘺患者的臨床資料。結果：早期瘺及時手術，中晚期瘺胃腸減壓，充分徹底遲洗和引流，腸內營養支持，均可痊愈。結論：通過早期髮現，早期診斷，選擇有效治療措施，腸內營養支持，患者預後得到明顯改善，降低死亡率。
목적：분석식관암술후발생문합구루적원인급진치。방법：회고성분석서금의원흉외과10례식관암술후문합구루환자적림상자료。결과：조기루급시수술，중만기루위장감압，충분철저충세화인류，장내영양지지，균가전유。결론：통과조기발현，조기진단，선택유효치료조시，장내영양지지，환자예후득도명현개선，강저사망솔。
[Abastract]Objective To investigate the causes,management and prevention for esophagogastrostomy anastomotic fistula after the operation of esophageal cancer. Methods The clinical data in 10 patients in Department of Cardiothoracic surgery, RuijinHispitalShanghaiSecondMedicalUniversity with postoperative complications of anastomostic leakage were analyzed retrospectively. Results Early fistula could be good by early operation,most patients with middle and late fistula could be completely cured by means of gastrointestinal decompression and thorough washing and drainage,enteral nutrition support. ConclusionEarly discovery and diagnosis , choosing effective measures and enteral nutrition support could improve the cure rate and degrade the mortality in case of any fistula
